So Here's What Worked For Me

Before I share what I did to lose my weight, I want to remind yall that I am not a health guru, nutritionist, or trainer. LOL I am simply just a girl trying to figure it out. So, here's what I did....
-I started Journaling. I write what I eat, what I drink, how it made me feel, if it caused bloating, etc. This helped me visualize what I needed to eliminate.
-Increased my water intake
-Started eating Clean ( it sucked at first)
-Started taking a Probiotics and drinking Prebiotic Drinks
-Stopped drinking alcohol ( I miss my Stella Rosa )
-Daily shots of Apple Cider Vinegar
-Stopped drinking Drinks ( Soda) ( I'm southern lol) But I'm not gone lie around Thanksgiving and Christmas I relapsed LOL. I blame Kroger the drinks were buy 2 12packs get 3 Free. But I'm back on track now guys.
-I also get colonics every other month and detox
-I also have IBS-C ( TMI I know but ....) So, I started avoiding the foods that caused me to have flare ups.
Gut health is super important once I got that under control the weight started falling off. I'm going to start exercising more this year to tone it up. Because I am trying to be bikini ready for Summer! I already have some saved in my shopping carts lol.
What was my motivation... Yall I was so UNHAPPY! I was barely taking pictures of myself, and I was so self-conscious. I would wear a waist trainer and Spanx every day and still looked huge! I was literally always uncomfortable. I could barely breathe and had the hardest time sleeping.
I was using my inhaler almost every day after doing simple stuff like walking up the stairs at my house.
I went to visit my doctor one day after a few medical scares/ issues and she literally told me I have to get my weight under control or it's going to kill me. After that I was like Sayless... and I did just that.
